Happy Being Android App Review

Not only is the new year a time for celebration, but it’s also an opportunity to reflect on yourself and your current state of well-being.

Happy Being is an outstanding free self-improvement app for Android that is easily personalized to fit your needs and goals.

This is one app, created by nSmiles, that truly stands out as a tool to help you become happier and healthier in the new year.

As I mentioned above, Happy Being is designed to suit your specific needs. When you first download the app, you are asked a series of questions such as employment status and age.

Your answers decide what kind of activities and features will be unlocked for you, so be sure to answer questions honestly.

Navigating Happy Being is a breeze, and I really like the fact that there is a simplified homepage (called “My Coach”) that allows you to create daily journal entries and complete brief exercises to help you keep track of your day.

These exercises include guided meditations and a happiness log with writing prompts that change every day.

Happy Being definitely isn’t limited to a couple of activities per day. T
he app is designed to be a tool for you to explore activities that will help you become a better person. For example, you can browse affirmations, additional guided meditations, activity suggestions, and writing prompts.

I really like the fact that you have a fantastic variety of activities to complete depending on how you want to express yourself.

One of the things I can’t stress enough about Happy Being is that it’s an incredibly flexible app. Most self-improvement apps require you to follow strict programs or guidelines, which can make you feel bottlenecked.

This app does a fantastic job of providing you with multiple ways to express yourself.

Another neat feature of Happy Being is the option to take self-assessment tests. These assessments gauge three different mindsets: stress, mindfulness, and resilience.

The assessments take roughly 10 minutes to complete and will give you a good idea of your mental well-being as long as you answer the questions honestly.

Happy Being is available to download from Google Play for free. New users are automatically enrolled in a free premuim trial of the app. After the trial has expired, an optional subscription to Happy Being is required to continue access to everything that the app offers.

Personally I think Happy Being is an incredibly useful self-improvement app that many people will enjoy using.

Activities don’t feel like a chore to complete, and I definitely believe anyone can benefit from the activities provided in the app.
