I just bought a Samsung Q6FN QLED figuring it would be amazing with its contrast ratio but its actually worse to look at things like Netflix and YouTube, TV shows etc… Those deep blacks make some scenes look too dark. I've tried lessening contrast and adding brightness and color to brighten the deep blacks and it just makes for a washed out dull picture. I'm returning for an X800E tomorrow. Another thing that was bothersome with the Q6FN is its smart remote. It takes about 15 cursor moves sideways and up/down through the main screen and sub pages to get the picture settings open. That Sony remote was faster navigation with the dedicated options button. For me that's a big deal becuase during NHL season I turn on the motion smoothing and then turn it off for everything else! I might do that a few times a week.

I'm stuck between this and the Samsung MU8000 series. How are the black levels on this baby?

it's like the same but different

Cool review. My sister just bought a new Sony Android 4k hd ultra smart tv & it looks fantastic. I like the ease with which you can navigate thru the apps as you’ve demoed. Overall a good buy and def worth the buck.

I know you only had this TV for a small amount of time, but how was your PS4 gaming experience on it?

Does it have good or bad input lag for gaming?
